I homeschool.  I have four kids - one elementary, one middle school, and two high-school.  I also help take care of my husband's father who has Altzheimer's (but that's another topic for another day).  There's lots of laundry, lots of sports, lots of school, lots of ....... you  name it.  Most of you know ALL of that.

The two high-schoolers are both taking their science course.  They both HATE it!  I'm thankful that they both take this from a place that offers home-school classes.  That means only one (1) thing ....... I DON'T TEACH IT!  My guy picks up the slack for me in this area - he helps them with Chemistry homework.  I'm outta the picture baby!

We use Apologia Exploring Chemistry.  I really love Apologia Science.

This is one of my fav-or-ite places in the whole-wide-world.  Just sayin' ..... homeschooling can be done anywhere.  And by the way, they ARE doing Chemistry here.  Well, okay, the two with their backs to you are doing Chemistry.  The one in the red, well, he's talking roller-coasters - that's physics of course.

It's me again!

Four Wheeling

We are in Dallas for Spring Break visiting family and having fun.  Yesterday, we went ATV-ing and touring Letourneau University in Longview, TX.  I've got to say I've got the gamest parents in the world - willing to do anything!  I'm blessed beyond measure.  We had an absolute BLAST!
